Our four steps to getting you up and running

Growth or Expansion). You may already have a good idea of what your business needs, but if you want some advice or a second opinion, your Client Accountant is on hand. You can talk through the options to make sure you’re happy. Change your mind or want to add something later? No problem – you can add or remove services at any time from your pay monthly package to fit what’s right for your business.
We meet your team to sort out all the details. Once you’ve decided what works for you, our team will meet with you to agree how everything will work. For example, if you’ve decided to include our management information reporting, then this is when we’ll agree what data you want included in it, the format it needs to be in and how frequently you want the reports. Or maybe you’re moving to our cloud accountancy software? We’ll get the system set up and ready for you and your people to use.
You’re up and running (and we’re right on hand to support you). Our team will spend time with you to make sure the process goes smoothly. You and your staff receive full training in how to get the best from our service.
Our pay monthly service is designed to keep you in control and let you pick and adapt the support and advice you need as you scale. For example, if all you need is more frequent visits with your Client Accountant, then that’s all that we charge. We offer three monthly cloud based accounting packages
That’s not where your support ends though. Your dedicated Client Accountant will visit as often as you choose or, if you need help with our system, you can reach us by phone whenever you need.
So how long does this process take? Well, it can vary depending on your diary and on the size and stage of your business. For a start-up though? You could be up and running with your Client Accountant in only two weeks.
